On Saturday, 10/25, I'm hosting the first ever Sit & Write Costume Ball. We'll be doing the same thing we always do, but while wearing something out of the ordinary — it could be a preview of your halloween costume, it could be that vintage tuxedo/bridesmaid dress from the back of your closet, it could be an ugly hat or neon green lipstick. Or something else entirely — just as long as you’re clothed!

Sit & Write is, at its core, a time we carve out of our daily lives to do something special. It’s a break from the ordinary, a respite from the churn of work and school and household responsibilities. It’s an opportunity to get real weird on the page. And this Saturday, it’ll be an opportunity to get a little weird on screen, too. I’d love to see you there.
